Should I stretch my hamstrings daily even after soreness from previous intense stretching

I am currently doing a TTC and I am happy with my progress. I also have incredible tight hips and hamstrings. I'm training/stretching very hard every day, and I often experience soreness the day after. What would be best to do in this case? Push through it, do a milder practice or skip and rest?

Question about Sivananda Yoga

Greetings everyone, Hope you are doing great. I have a question regarding Sivananda Yoga and its students. It seems to me that Swami Sivananda's practices (and therefore their students') have much more to do with Hatha Yoga and the physical fitness part of it. Not that it is problematic, but what I am looking for is a more sadhana-related organization that is more oriented toward self-realization rather than just well-being. Am I wrong in judging that Sivananda's course is more for only Hatha Yoga students or am I missing something? I really like their SIYVAM course but I don't want to get into it only to perform asanas eight hours a day if they will have nothing to do with my spiritual growth.

Is joining a studio as a beginner with weak foundation right choice?

As someone who doesn’t exercise, isn’t strong or flexible, would it make sense for me to join a studio? I’ve been trying to do yoga more regularly the past month but I’m still no where near as flexible or strong as the yogis in video I follow, for ex. I can’t do chaturanga. Sometimes in yin yoga my foot falls asleep or cramps up, or in vinyasa I feel shaky and have to pause. I know I’m not ideal candidate for a class just yet. I’m working on my foundation, I’ve heard the teachers tend to correct your poses in a studio and I want to make sure I’m doing the asanas correctly so I get the benefits of it and don’t injure myself. If there are any videos or series on YT you can suggest so I can work on getting stronger with the basics without injuring myself please recommend them!

Joint issues

I just started yoga and I’m having some difficulty with some of the pose’s because I have a condition where I can’t bend my knees all the way. I also can’t extend my arms all the way so in any poses where I have be on all fours it’s a real grind. Basically as of now I’ve been starting on all fours until my arms get tired then I go into a basic plank position. Considering I’m just starting I guess I’m asking if it matters if I’m doing these positions correctly or not.
