Can a business owner pay self as W2?

Hello, I’m getting conflicting information about paying oneself as an owner. Is it possible to be on the payroll as a W2? I want to avoid dealing with end of year taxes and be able to qualify for loans easily. Can I also pass through the business expenses through my LLC as usual? My account isn’t being clear with his guidance. Thank you

Best credit card for advertising points?

I’m an Amex gold user. 5x points per $1 spent. We spend over $10k/mo. The points def add up. Are there any other cards that have a better point or incentive offer? I’ll share my sign up 20k free points if someone wants a referral. But I really want to know if there’s something better out there that I’m missing. Thanks

What have you all done to help you market and advertise your business which you've found to be helpful? I do already have an Instagram, tiktok, pinterest and Facebook page :)

This is maybe have a market value because people would be able to choose the look of their offsprings to some extent. I think if we can add sperm and egg bank in this job we might be able to expand germline gene editing job in future.

I didn’t pull it off. I thought I could replace losing a big account (client issues not us), but I failed and half to layoff a lot of people.

If I don’t the debt will sink me personally. Any advice? Im not a bad sales guy but not good enough. I run my company the best I could but some days it feels like a failure. I think we can survive this, but this is hard.

Starting LLC with wife, filing separately, how to structure?

My wife and I are both medical providers starting our own practice. We are married but have to file separately due to the way our student loans are structured (otherwise monthly payment calculates our joint income and is stupid high). We are about to file for an LLC but what would be a good way to structure this? She would be active in the clinic but I would be the primary provider so she can stay at home with our baby as much as possible. We would operate out of our house for telemedicine and do house calls using our personal car if that helps at all. I don't know anything about filing for LLC and stuff so figured I would start here so I don't seem like an idiot when i reach out to my CPA!

The study measured workplace quality at thousands of firms by looking at “administrative remarks” for poor conditions filed by Danish regulators between 2008 to 2015, and used surveys of employees to get a sense of how they thought about where they worked. About a third of the firms they analyzed were run by CEOs living close by. Those companies were less likely to get reprimanded for workplace issues.
