Mobile Coffee Cart Startup

Hello all, I worked as a barista for 6 years and loved the job, however, did not like working for a huge coorperation and the customers were awful. The idea of having my own coffee shop or at least working in a locally owned shop has been on my mind for years. However, I'm playing with the idea of a small mobile coffee cart. I live less than an hour away from major event spaces and have connections with vendors and event spaces via friends and a family member. Theres about 4 local coffee shops that offer this service for events, which I have applied to work for one of them and may go about it this way. However, I like the idea fo starting something of my own, but starting with another coffee shop may be more logical. I am not sure. Any thoughts or advice moving forward while I'm still in the brainstorming stage? TIA

Using personal credit card for business

Hey everyone so quick question. I set up a business account with chase and for some reason my request for a business credit card was denied. Is it fine to use my personal credit card then and then just keep track of all the business expenses?

Use for large amount of farm land (no longer used to farm)

Hi all, I'm the son of a retired farmer and have a fair bit of land that I would really love to do something with and make money. I live in a rural area in the UK so I'm nowhere near any cities, leaving me kinda stumped on what I could do... I've thought of things like camping sites and storage sites so far. I don't want to waste the land and I'd hate to sell the land I've grown up on. I'm only a poor student but I wouldn't complain about any ideas that I can one day work towards. What would you try and work towards? (I have a few flat fields and a few high altitude fields) Thank you :)
