Advice on ordering bulk custom plush?
Trying to find a reputable and affordable place to manufacture a plush design. It’s extremely simple (I can make it with 5 pattern pieces). Worried it will cost too much for something that simple. I want to sell these at Christmas markets

Who manages insurance in your small business?
I have flood, facility, product insurance, professional liability, general liability, E&O, auto, and workman's comp. I go through a broker but they struggle to understand our business needs and I'm lost in policies numbers. It's frustrating and not what I want to spend my time on as an owner/operator. How do other companies manage this? Is there someone in the company like bookkeeper, office manager or someone who is reviewing the policies and making sure the company is covered? My health insurance is managed by my payroll provider and that's under control.
