Just had a customer come in and show us a charge on his Apple Card that we never processed...
The charge seems real, he showed it to us on his phone. It shows us as the business, with our locations showing on the map, as well as the date and time it was cleared, and the card that was used. I had him email us screenshots of his phone while he was here as well for proof to our merchant processor. The problem is we never processed this charge, and the customer hasn't been here in months. We called our card processing company, fiserve, and they have no record of the transaction either. This is the first time we have been made aware that this was even possible. Has anyone been in a similar situation? We told him to do a chargeback, but now I'm worried for our other customers. What are our next steps?

Get a lawyer to look over 12 mo commercial lease?
Hey all! I'm a psychotherapist who found a small office in a commercial building for reduced rent ($1 less per sq ft, full service) for 12 months. I'm just using it for remote sessions. This is the first time I've rented from a commercial real estate company, in the past I've rented from other therapists who were master tenants. I also just incorporated as an S-Corp and the landlord wants me to sign a personal guarantee as an addendum to the lease in case the corporation defaults. It's not a lot of money given the small rent and only being 12 months. I'm also in a rush to move in and not do sessions from home when I return from paternity leave. This is likely a question where the answer is a fat "YES" but, should I have an attorney look over the lease before I sign it? If so, what type of attorney should I seek? Thanks for your time!

Building my first app - advice on pricing and usability needed (badly!).
Hey, folks! I'm building an [AI brainstorming tool - CopyAim](https://copyaim.com), and it has a lot of various social media writing features. You provide your niche/product/service/description, and my tool will use GPT-3 to brainstorm some ads, posts, or ideas. The app is totally free to use with free daily tokens (or you can subscribe to CopyAim+ for unlimited use)! I would really love any suggestions or ideas on what else you would want to use in such a tool. Additionally, I am looking for feedback in terms of what would this app need in order to help **YOU** become a subscriber. In other words - how is the pricing, what features do you like, or which ones are lacking? Check out [CopyAim](https://copyaim.com) or/and me any questions about it!

Is it worth using Home Address or stay virtual?
Hi Guys, I work full time in IT & started an LLC for a handful of other things. I just started getting YouTube revenue, started a part time IT contracting business on the weekends, and hoping to be making some stuff for the raspberry Pi to sell. I'm currently using a virtual address by Davinci for my LLC but lately they are starting to increase their rate on top of the weekly mail forwards. I just thought as I grow, I dont want ppl showing up on my door. It isn't that much of an expense at $80 but I'm saving up for a ring and hoping to aggressively save now & cut corners. What do u guys think, is it worth having the address at my apartment & call it a day or is privacy really convenient to have this virtual address & keep giving them money?

Should I adopt a slight pseudonym to align with my social media handles?
I’m starting an blog and art web-store. My name, Johar Ara, is pronounced Joe-her Are-uh. My planned [logo is this](https://imgur.com/gallery/r4vYyrP) to match pronunciation. But my social media handles will all be @johirara bc @joharara and @joherara are taken on one platform or another. I want to unify all these and go by one spelling of my name: Johir Ara, Joher Ara, or Johar Ara. All 3 domains are available. I can edit my logo. The social media handles are hardest to acquire. Should just change my artist name to Johir Ara and my logo to JOHIR? Or my name to Joher to align with my current logo? (I love the “her” in Joher) Or just keep it how it is
