How to operationally improve my business For better or worse we have seen a crazy demand for our business recently, however I have had a very difficult time keeping up with orders and was looking for advice on how to be a better leader, manage a team, instructions etc etc staying organized and more. Our products are fulfilled by us and they are digital and involve following careful steps and lots of numbers etc, currently there is one full time person and 2 part time. Before it was just one part time who did a specific task, then I hired a full time person and she did a good job but it was a lot of work just for her so I also hired an additional part time person to work under her. However, nothing has improved and orders are still behind etc, should I change the order of who reports to who? How do I manage and create an organized well oiled machine?

How would I get more online clients?

I'm trying to get clients currently for a business in which I create custom websites and set up hosting for clients. I'm struggling to get clients however, I'm trying to reach out via email to local businesses and also posting on local area business pages but am getting no luck. ​ I've sent around 50 emails, I've also made about 8 posts in 5 communities from all the local areas. ​ Is there any gold mines I'm missing out on for this? Or anything I can do to maximise clients?

I have some people who want to invest in me starting up a photography business

I've grown my side gig into a pretty unique photography business over the past few years, and I have plans to build a studio space and get even bigger. The project I have in mind will definitely take more cash than I have right now to pull it off, and I work with some physicians and surgeons who have expressed interest in investing in me to help get me going. I know that this is a thing, but I don't know how to go about figuring it out. I live in a pretty big city and I'm wondering what sort of person or company I need to talk to about making it happen. Would it be some sort of lawyer that would specialize in a corporation, or is there another type of profession that handles getting these things going? Thanks!

I started my first LLC in RI.. now what?

I want to be sure I do this correctly & financially. I’ve been self employed for a long time and most recently I decided to start an LLC. My line of work has gotten intense and I officially decided to make a name for it. From what I understand; the LLC does not pay taxes, but income still needs to be reported? A scenario question; let’s say I get paid $100 for a service from my LLC. I make a business bank account and keep that money saved there (money is payed to the business). If I keep the money in that business bank account, would I not have to pay tax on that because it’s in the business bank account? If the $100 was put into my personal account, I’d have to report that & pay the right amount of tax. If this is something I should go to an accountant for please let me know, but that is one of my main concerns.

I would be willing to spend $1,000 to have this particular channel create a new video with the in-the-middle sponsorship of my product.
