How do you collaborate with your remote team?

I am the project manager for a new software development team. We are remote and I have been testing out tools like Slack and Teamspeak from my gaming says, etc. I’ve used Trello and Asana in the past for project management but this team uses Jira. I would like to know if any good alternatives to something like Teamspeak can help us manage our projects better. I have used Slack before and found it quite awful to communicate with devs over it. They were never responsive and I always felt like they were delaying or coming up with excuses for being unable to make progress. I think something like Teamspeak could work because it has voice channels. I know gamers and some dev studios use it, but I’ve never used it for a project management job. I also heard about Vocal, a managed version of Teamspeak, but it doesn’t have any chat at all. I'm not sure what to use

Brick and Mortar Retailers: What's a reasonable % to shoot to keep your overhead?

Rent, labor, utilities, maintenance: oversimplified, but before you pay yourself and before COGS, what's a sustainable % of gross sales to budget for as your operating expenses?

How to increase organic traffic to my small business website

Hi, Looking for advice to scale my start up. My product is “GLANCE”. GLANCE is a user-customizable LED Ticker that tracks live sports, Stocks and crypto. I’m currently selling primarily on etsy. However i do have my own website [glance-led.com](https://glance-led.com) although i get very little traffic to the website. I do a small amount of instagram advertising $40/day but that brings little to no traffic. Hoping for some advice on the best way to scale!

Is post boosting worth it? I run a baking business from home and want to increase sales

I started my baking business a year back and it was okay initially but things are very slow these days. Majority of my customers came from a facebook group (where people advertise their home cooked/ baked products). Since I stopped, everything has decreased dramatically. My main reach might've been from FaceBook but my main account is on Instagram (which barely gets me orders). I don't know how to get more reach and sales. Appreciate all the help I can get. Thank you.

I used Twitter's $8 'verification' to impersonate a famous YouTuber and trick their fans. It only took 25 minutes to set up and showed me how dangerous this new feature will be. https://t.co/18ks7pom46
