Best email host with spam filters even close to google functionality
I'm looking for an email host for my new small business, I'll only need 5 or so email addresses (likely used by only 2 people) but they need to be their own accounts (not alias') in order to keep things sorted like customer service emails vs supplier communications. I'd like to get away from Google Workspace in part because of the cost per user but also since I don't care for their policies on privacy and other issues. I could use my domain host's service but their spam filters often catch too much legitimate email and being I'm running a Shopify store that's a big problem and one thing I can say for Google is that their filters are excellent. What alternatives might you suggest? I've looked at a few but I don't know how well the spam filters do for business. Also I would note I don't need the bells and whistles of cloud space or apps and what not, I just need great hosted email. Thank you in advance.

Help with small business
Does anyone have a link to a spreadsheet or something to calculate how much I should charge my products to make profit? I don’t really know anything about stuff like that. Sorry if this sounds dumb.

How much does your small business depend on you?!
My husband and I are curious business owners and we wanted to gain some insight into how fellow entrepreneurs see their role and manage their resources within their business. We created a fun and provocative 5-min quiz to accomplish that. **It would mean the 🌎 to us if you could** [**share your struggles with us**](https://admin.typeform.com/form/FUZHYEJF/create?block=077beaef-cf28-45e3-ba84-63b787f5c331)**.** But you're evidently free not to. :) Thank you! *If you don't want to participate... an answer here would help just as much.*

Small auto junking business getting calls for fake ads
I work for a friend of mine who owns an auto junking business in our city. I'm trying to figure out why I keep getting calls from people using all these different websites to buy cars when we specifically do not buy cars. We use google ads 9-5 M-F and do decent with those ads but these other cold calls are from people all over the midwest and in our state and others asking about all these different cars for sale. What could be the possible reason for this? What do these spammers get out of posting our business information under these phony sales ads? I'm tired to fielding these calls and explaining to people that we're not responsible for the ads. Also whenever I try to find the ads that the people mention I can never seem to find them to flag them as spam. Do you guys have any experience in this or any ideas as to how we can stop this from happening?

Attempting to Automate my Cafe Chain
Is there anyone out there that has a similar experience in the labor shortage and has conquered the problem? I have been in business since 2004 and have never had so many problems training staff and keeping them. We are in the fortunate position of being far better off than many chains near our storefronts that have had to just close. Several Starbucks and Dunkins have closed on the immediate area. We are fortunately able to stay open. However, I see my particular industry changing forever and moving towards self serve more like an AmazonGo type experience. We have the tech to roll out self order kiosks. We have the tech to use self serve and pay espresso machines (although I am paranoid they will compromise quality) . Does anyone out there have any props for me on this Ai/automated integration effort?

Can Business checking accounts be reported to Dun and Bradstreet?
I would like to sign up for a business checking account that reports to the credit bureau, like Dun & Bradstreet. I am wondering if business checking accounts get reported or is it just business credit cards?

How do you market a niche product?
Hi! Earlier this year, I started my own business making custom wig heads, and I haven't really found where I belong or who to market to. My initial thought was to attempt to break into the hair and beauty market, but clients in that world seem to consider them more as art. I'm on Etsy, and I've got an Instagram account for showing my process, completed builds, options for styling...things like that. I've also got a Facebook page. I've only done one pop-up event so far, but I was definitely out of place amongst the other vendors. Lots of candles, waistbeads, and body butters. My question is - how do I figure out which market I could perform best in? My ideal clients are black women like me that wear wigs often, drag queens, cosplayers, stylists, and interior designers.
