Need your help! GoDaddy sold my business domain and I'm not sure what to do about my email

Hey all! Out of nowhere my email stops working, called GoDaddy and it turns out GoDaddy sold my domain because they claim my credit card couldn't be charged upon renewal (which is false). I didn't receive any notifications, calls or texts. I've been using the domain to run my business for the last 13 years. GoDaddy said nothing can be done. Now my business website is down, I can't receive emails from clients, new customers or access any of my work accounts. I was paying for email also through GoDaddy. What should I do about my email now?? I have moved my website over to an alternative domain and have started to notify my clients about the change, but some spill over email will probably get sent to the person who took over my other domain. It looks like whoever took the domain is using it for malicious purposes and may already have access to my email account. I'm very concerned.

GoDaddy confusion

I may just be confused but basically, i got my domain in GoDaddy. Now, i understand you need to pay additional money to have your website up and running But also, i tried to get the website builder, so i could make my website, duh, and when i added that to my cart it said something like: webpage renewal + standard marketing plan Which i thought was the store just, defaulting me to the standard plan. But the website is gonna be to have my store there, so I need the electronic commerce plan But when I add that it shows up as Webpage + marketing international electronic commerce So what i mean to say is Are both of things the same thing? Do i have to pay for the website builder and then on separate for the electronic commerce plan? Does GoDaddy or any of you have like, a Godaddy for dummies guide or video or something? For reference i brought my domain some months ago and my trial period for the website builder is over.
