Looking for a 1979 Brown Camaro specifically around the Midwest

Hi all, This is a long shot. But I might as well try! My father used to own a 1979 Chevy Camaro in high school. He bought it around ‘82, and sold it around ‘84. I believe he sold it to Stiver’s Ford in Des Moines (before they moved to Waukee). We’ve checked with the dealership, county records in purchased and sold counties, and there’s no record of it. We don’t have the VIN, so I was hoping to see if anyone has ANY leads. If anyone here helps lead us to the vehicle, I will personally give you $100. The car once more: 1979 Chevy Camaro, Brown, non-Z28, somewhere in the Midwest.
