Gary Gensler offers the crypto community a deal - sacrifice one of these for the rest to go free [SATIRE]
Gary Gensler has been taking a beating against crypto, he's done looking foolish and whishes to come to a compromise. He made the following statement offering a deal to the crypto community. Gary Gensler I'm tired of fighting with you people and wish to just finish this. I need one blockchain sacrificed so that I don't look like a completely idiot and can maintain some level of respect here at the SEC. Choose between Ethereum, XRP, Cardano, Dogecoin, Algorand or Solana. If I'm able get rid of one of these I promise to leave the rest alone and give up on fighting crypto. https://preview.redd.it/k7gshdzf0xqa1.png?width=596&format=png&auto=webp&v=enabled&s=a2deaf6958d0521e62d82ed6196c9419f31bbdc4 It's up to use to choose which one gets sacrificed to the SEC. If one whishes to volunteer as tribute please step up. # Which one will be sacrificed? [View Poll](https://www.reddit.com/poll/126ul08)

I purchased and sold some moons - here's how it went.
I decided I wanted to go down the rabbit hole on how to buy and sell moons so that when the day comes when I do ever want to sell I will be ready and know what to expect. The whole process needs to be more simple. I consider myself to be pretty technically inclined and even I struggled. You have to know how to import your seed phrase into your wallet, import a custom token, Learn the ins and outs of a DEX, learn about layers and coin swapping, all sorts of different fees and 8 days waiting time to bridge from arbitrum nova back to main net. If you ever want to sell or buy moons I highly suggest taking your time, do your research and send a small test amount at first. I was dumb and sent some ethereum from arbitrum network to the main net wallet and lost it. Take care!

Only 3% of r/CC members have a vault
A reminder to open a vault if you have not done so already. I know most of us regulars have but the majority have not. 196,000 moon holders, around 3% of this sub have a vault/wallet. You quite often see active users with no vault. Definitely worth getting setup so you can earn some moons and take part in the governance polls to help shape this communites future. How to open you vault 1. Open your Reddit App 2. Tap on your profile image icon on the top left. 3. Tap the vault option 4. Activate your vault and follow the steps. A seed phrase will be offered to you. It's very important that this is stored securely and ideally offline. This is your backup and it gives access to the wallet in the wrong hands. Now that you have your Reddit Vault you can get free Reddit NFT avatars and Community Tokens like MOONs that officially they don't have monetary value but they have it.

"Banks: Trust Us" vs "Bitcoin: Trust Yourself"
The banking system is working on our trust. When we put our money into them it means we believe they are able to protect our money. But this trust-based system shows their priority is protecting the riches instead of regular people. When a crisis happens, the regular taxpayers are paying the bill with bailouts and inflation while riches move away with their profits. **So what makes bitcoin an alternative to this trust?** First of all, your money will be under your control, and riches won't be able to use your money to make themselves richer. Since there won't be any way to avoid a 21 million supply, your wealth won't melt by inflation. And you are being able to transfer it 24/7 by anyone around the globe without anyone's permission.

Coinbase is the Number One Holder of BTC with 2,000,000BTC and has nearly twice as much as Satoshi
Brian Armstrong, CEO of cryptocurrency exchange Coinbase, said that his company holds around 2 million bitcoin. In a Twitter post, Armstrong showed the company’s BTC stash to dispel any ‘fear, uncertainty, and doubt’ (FUD). Satoshi Nakamoto himself holds 1,100,000 Bitcoin which... well... does not look like a small amount, but I foolishly thought for a long time that probably he is the one holding the highest amount by far. If we look at Coinbase's Bitcoin stash and want to convert it into USD in today's prices it would be $56,192,840,000. Source(1): https://twitter.com/BTC_Archive/status/1595131094684565504?s=20
