What would it take for you to pay with crypto?
Maybe I have missed the punchline on this one but at some point we need to address the elephant in the room. As it stands I can understand why customers do not demand to pay with crypto since this triggers a taxable event any time Crypto is moved from a wallet that you do not own. So then what would be an incentive to you the reader to spend your crypto? Special perks? A 15% discount? A can of cat food? What is it going to take for you to exchange some of your crypto bags for goods and services? I ask because at some point for these currency coins to make sense there will need to be a push for the vast majority of transactions to happen off exchanges.

What Was Your Stupidest Mistake in Trading Crypto?
Besides having invested in shitcoins. I am talking about really dumb mistakes like writing the wrong amount, typo in the address idk theres a lot of examples where you can be unaware and/or stupid. I am unaware and stupid, as I already had 2 typos lol (im copy pasting since my last mistake so I hope it does not happen again lol). Luck in misfortune, these were small amounts but still it is annoying So what about you. Is everybody attentive and checks everything few times? Is there maybe even someone who fell for a scam and likes to be honest about it? I am curious about your stories or if you are a clean trader and never make mistakes (besides maybe having invested in shitcoins lol)

Crypto Projects with ACTUAL adoption
Hey everyone It’s no secret that there is tons of shilling that goes on in this sub when price action livens up, particularly for alts, but I wanted to start a discussion more focused on the underlying tech some of these projects have, and how they could “disrupt” the way we do things in due time. Yes, many projects have some sort of “claim” to do this, but most are just ghost chains riding the speculation of the market in hopes of making a quick buck. Independent of the price action, independent of the hype… What are some projects you’ve looked into whose blockchain tech is ACTUALLY being adopted (or could be adopted in the future) in ways that could change the way we (or an industry) do things?

What's wrong with Ledger?
So I'm just starting out (actually a few months now), and all my btc is stored on an exchange (Kraken), although not a significant amount. I've decided to get a hardware wallet after browsing this sub for a while, and I was considering buying the Ledger Nano S Plus as it seems like the cheapest and most approachable option. But it seems like many people here have strong opinions against Ledger, especially because of the personal info leak that happened, the fact that it's not open source, etc.... I looked at Coldcard, watched a YT video from btc sessions on how to use it air-gapped with a micro SD card etc. It doesn't seem that complicated but it's pretty expensive ($147 for the cold card + $39 for the SD card, additional fees for shipping, etc). I just feel like it makes more sense to get the Ledger given that I'm just starting out and that I still don't have a significant amount of btc to to justify making such a large investment on a HWW; But I'd like to hear your suggestions.
