Crafts for Visually Impaired?
Hi all! Wasn't sure what thread to even post this in, but starting here lol. My mother has had 2 retina detachment surgeries in the last year that have come with a slew of other complications, and she can't see much. One of her hobbies is doing lots of random crafts that she hasn't been able to do since she can't see small beads, diamond art, and other intricate, detailed things. I am setting her up with some scrapbooking stuff that doesn't require AS intricate of detail, but I'm looking for other ideas esp w/Christmas around the corner. Any visually impaired adults out there have luck with any crafts that are easy on the eyes? Thank you ♡ TLDR: Craft suggestions for visually impaired adults? ♡

Working on a gift and I smudged the text— f*#%! The pen I used never even set. Can I use rubbing alcohol on a q tip to remove the rest? What’s the best writing tool to use for permanent smudge-proof application? I have other ornaments I was hoping to customize as well
