The Lupine this year is out of control good! This is β€œRussell Red”. I started seeds last spring, transplanted in early summer. This year, each plant produced more than a dozen stems! 😍I also have the white, but now I want all the colors. I’m not a fan of mixed color in a seed packet, so I’ll have to hunt down individual colors and get seeds. If you don’t have Perennials and Biennials in your garden, do your future self a favor, and start those seeds now. It’s a pain to have to cater to seeds in the middle of the season, but you will get such a nice reward next year. We’re working on a bed of yarrow, foxgloves and delphiniums for next year. I already have a good chunk of perennials, but I add a little bit more every year, it’s a game changer! Are you adding Perennials to your garden this year? Let me know in the comments! Happy Friday! #flowers #weddingflowers #color #lupine #spring #springflowers #flowerfarmer #farmerflorist

Nothing quite like a crisp, early summer walk with the dogs around the yard and clipping a handful of peonies and roses. Bliss. ✨

The rose-pink, fragrant flowers of Paeonia lactiflora 'Sarah Bernhardt' are perfect for pollinators 🐝 If you look closely, can you spot the pollen baskets on the hind legs of the bee? 🌸 https://t.co/U0GqW9o2l8

Just like us, pollinators can catch diseases that make them sick. With heather found to be producing a natural medicine for bumblebees, heathlands may be more valuable than first thought: https://t.co/4NhYV1Q4iQ 🐝 https://t.co/oBRkCGEBUq
