[OC]: This is honey cajun porkloin I made at work today. I cooked ten, made a dry rub, and made a honey cajun glaze
I coated the meat with honey, made cajun seasoning, added brown sugar, and rubbed it on them and baked them at 300°f for an hr (depending on size). Pulled them from the oven and put aluminum foil on them to rest. As they rested, I made my glaze made of chicken stock, butter, honey, and cajun seasoning. Added a bit of cornstarch to thicken it up. Went very well for cafeteria food.
