Soon to be single and thinking about going to with a meal prep service.
Very soon I am going to be cooking for 1. I am considering going to a meal prep service as I like to convenience and having the nutrition information on each meal. Hoping this will help me shed some pounds as I can eat meals with fresh ingredients and the portioning is done for me. I'm having trouble finding legitimate reviews on the various services as many of them seem like paid influencer advertisements. Cost is somewhat of a factor but not huge, currently spending around $500 ever 45 days at Costco. I was particularly looking at Factor as I like their choice of meals and pricing (with my military discount I can get 14 meals a week for $136 after my first box)

Looking for noodle solution
So I've been meal prepping for a few months and one of the things that helps me is to but a pack of Ramen noodles with my meat. Then when lneed it I just pour boiling water into it and wait a few minutes then i have a nice calorie dense soup. lt's great for my office. But I didn't realize how much salt is the noodles until the other day. So I left them out this week. The noodles really helped pull the meal together and I'm having a hell of a time eating all this now. Is there a noodle recipe that you can share that I can cook in a similar way that is not too difficult to prepare? The noodles really helped pull the meal together and I'm having a hell of a time eating all this now.

Hoping for advice
So I’ve bought this miso soup powder and was wondering if I can use it to make miso ramen? What can I do to make it as authentic as possible and what ingredients do I need to buy?
