Class consistently not starting on time
I go to a class in my neighborhood and usually show up about 5 min early. There has been four times recently where I skipped class because I got there and they looked to be about 10 minutes into class already (meaning they started about 15 min earlier than the posted time.) There have been other times when the instructor was running a little late, which happens sometimes. I'd rather class start late than early but +/- 15 minutes in either direction is getting old. I've said something before eand the response I got from the owner is it's okay to be a little late and to just go in. I wouldn't want someone else walking in and breaking the flow by opening the door and plopping their matt down we already started and I don't want to be disruptive to others. I also don't want to miss the warm up stretches and feel guilty for being "late" for the whole session, especially when I'm actually still early. I do yoga to let go of those feelings lol What should I do?

Yoga exercises for a sedentary life?
I work from home and 99% of the time I do at least 10 hours in front of the computer. When I finish I do try to get out and go for a walk but I'm often just too exhausted. I notice im starting to become more stiff and want to start doing yoga to avoid this and also to avoid any pain I may cause myself. What are good yoga exercises for me to get started? I am a complete noob. I'm a 27 year old male btw. (and yes, I know I'm not getting to the root of the problem but right now this is what I have, and have to try to work with what I've got)

I've been practicing yoga for 2 months (just basic yoga videos from the Tube) and I've seen to "grown" 2 cms? Has anyone else experienced something like this on their yoga journey?

Person next to me encroached on my mat
Today I went to a fairly packed class with about 6 inches of space between each mat. The girl next to me had no inhibitions about sending her legs on top of my mat for most of the class, which I thought was weird. Then at the end in Savasana, I made sure not to extend any part of my body past the four corners of my mat—and yet I still felt her hand brush mine over and over. During Savasana. I get that it was a full class, but it felt weird to me how comfortable she was taking over my own mat space? I'm just going to let this go for now but it felt really weird and made me super uncomfortable during that final resting pose. I'm not sure if I'm looking for advice, support, or just need to vent, but all input is appreciated. Thank you!

What do you guys think about the Trainingsvideos from Apple Watch fitness plus and would you recommend beginners with it? I practiced yoga and some home work outs with YouTube videos for many times. A few weeks ago I buyed an Apple Watch and use the fitness plus, which contains yoga, Pilates and some other home work outs programs. I would like to know what do you think about these. I am a beginner and do the "easiest" poses.
