not sure what sub to post this to
sorry in advance if this is the wrong sub. anyways, how do i fight the urge to cut off like, everyone i have the ability to avoid? i've been struggling with this for a while and although i haven't cut anyone off yet but sometimes there's a huge urge to just completely focus on myself 24/7 and refuse to care abt anyone else. obviously self care is good, but not to the extent that i become super selfish and self absorbed.

I can't smoke, drink, do hard drugs, or even exercise because gyms are closed and I don't have space in my apartment. How do I control my stress and anxiety?
I have no alternatives to shut off my brain besides sleep and I don't sleep well. Only thing I can do is try to sleep as long as possible.

The muscles in your legs are made up of bundles of fibers that alternately contract and expand to produce movement. A cramp is a sudden, involuntary contraction (tightening) of one of these muscles, typically in your calf. https://t.co/rcXllOYeI4 #HarvardHealth https://t.co/1sKFA8Ki1j

Over the last two decades, a growing number of countries have been approaching malaria elimination. The number of countries with less than 1000 #malaria cases more than doubled – from 14 countries in 2000 to 34 countries in 2019. Let's #EndMalaria 👉 https://t.co/udo3q58Rxp https://t.co/rEdtkmQ14p

I can't control my anger
I've been diagnosed with bipolar in 2017 and there has been lots of ups and downs along the way. I also have suspected ADD as I've always struggled to focus which has affected me all my life. I have a community psychiatric nurse and she has gave me CBT and distress tolerance workouts to go through but I can't focus. It's really getting to me because I want the help and to do better but my brain won't let me. My anger got so bad I hit my head repeatedly and I bit a hole in a towel as I was going for a shower. So I took a diazepam and took a cold blast of the shower at the end. I really scared myself tonight. I don't know what to do? I feel like a different person and it doesn't look good

My life is kinda messed up
So I did post before too. My life is more messed up now. My girlfriend is more obsessed with instagram but is kinda possesive about me. My friend gave me a reality call about how my life is empty and it doesn't have real people. I actually don't have friends most of them are virtual and I get envied by the friendship they have. I don't want to improve myself. I need advice to live on my own without having concerns for others. Like if someone pisses me off I stop from saying this because I feel like it will offend them. I don't wanna be like that anymore, I wanna say fuck you to everyone when they disappointment and be able to not regret it. How do I do that, can anyone help me with that.

Ankylosing spondylitis is called an invisible disease, because people who have it can seem just fine on the surface, but underneath, there can be a lot of pain. https://t.co/TreWQNOlW2 https://t.co/ugop0mn4iE
