Did you know eating kiwi can help with digestion? A serving of 2 kiwifruit delivers 4 grams of fiber, as much as a bowl of oatmeal. You’ll get even more fiber if you eat the skin too (yes, the skin is entirely edible!). https://t.co/aEbDneO0Vf https://t.co/cwLVxVblpe

Fitness is not always best measured by parameters like your weight, your ability to run a 5K, or whether you can do 10 push-ups. Instead, one test of fitness is how well you can stand from a seated position. https://t.co/oCv09LNrLl #HarvardHealth https://t.co/2ZOWCVjAa4

Mini rant: Random girl diagnoses me with anxiety issues
So I was working on a group project and due to the laziness of my group, I snapped at the girl who said it wasn't a big deal since it was our final grade. I felt bad eventually and decided to apologise and explain to her why she should care about the grades of other people aswell and she condescendingly proceeds to say I love u so I feel like you should know everyone has noticed this but I think you have anxiety issues and that she gets it. First of all I don't talk to anyone in our class like at all unless it's for group related work. Second of all she's been putting off alot of group work for our project so the only time I talk to her is to make sure she gets the work done on time before the deadline. Is it ok for people to go around diagnosing others like this because i haven't struggled with anxiety I just wanted her to get the stuff done before the deadline tomorrow...
