We analyze data transmitted from GPS units attached with the birds’ wing tag for signs of potential nesting. Condor #816 (pink tag) has a solar powered GPS unit whereas #328 (blue tag) doesn't. About 80 birds in our SoCal flock are equipped with active GPS units.✅
