Depression, pregnancy, and not eating.

Hey bromos, I'm going on 21 weeks pregnant and with the stress of my husband deciding he didn't love me anymore and kicking me out of our home, and having a new girlfriend, on the week that I don't have my toddler I can't eat. I sleep my evenings and weekends away. My dr won't put me on any antidepressants and I've been waiting to see the psychologist for over a month now. At what point does this affect the fetus inside of me? I know some moms are sick af their whole pregnancy so eating for them is rare, and I know what I have is not the same as that, but I'm just at such a loss and in such a dark place idk what to do.

Directions

Recently, I’ve started letting my 2.5 year old decide how we get somewhere. At intersections, I’ll give him a choice left/right or straight, sometimes it’s left or right. He has a grand time and I get a peaceful ride and we see some new scenery. Obviously, we don’t do it all the time, but admittedly it’s interesting to see what he picks.

Vent : there is nothing wrong with me...

At the risk of sounding like a typical ex wife... I was married to a man who totally pulled the wool over my eyes for 16 years, and is a manipulative serial liar. I was building a life, it seems he was building a harem... 🙄 He cheated on me, repeatedly, and apparently the first time when I was pregnant with our first child. When I found out, I tried to overcome, forgave him, but can't be married to him anymore. He broke my heart, and nearly my mind. So now the vent... I've recently dipped my toe in the dating pool, and I am so tired of men insinuating there must have been something wrong with me, or I didn't put out enough, and that's why my ex cheated. Makes my blood boil... 😤

Proud Momma moment

I had a conversation today with my 8 year old about people who identify as non binary and preferred pronouns. Not in great detail because i am learning myself how large and varied the gender spectrum is but i just wanted to open up the conversation. I asked if she understood or had any questions and her response was "I understand mum, people who don't feel like a boy or a girl, just human. It would be a kind thing if everyone just asked what people like to be called so we don't hurt anyone's feelings" For an 8 year old I thought this response was pretty amazing.

Breastfeeding: is it normal not to have any leakage?

FTM here. I’ve been exclusively breastfeeding since my supply came in around day 5 after birth. I think my supply is ok because I tried pumping to check and produced 2 oz in 30 minutes (with the suction rate much slower than my baby’s). Anyway, I keep seeing women saying they use milk collectors such as the Haaka to collect the “let down” from the opposite breast they’re feeding on. It seems like a very common thing to have some milk leakage. I even bought a Haaka before my daughter was born but haven’t had any use for it. I’m just wondering is it normal to not have any leakage whatsoever? I do see milk in my baby’s mouth from time to time when her latch gets loose.

Shout out to the older children. The ones who stepped up to help us with the littles during this pandemic so we can do a zoom call, take a shower, or just take a damn breath. You’re the real superstars.

Tablet for 7yo ?

My 7yo daughter wants a cell phone to play games on. Her older brother no longer wants to let her use his now that he has a girlfriend he "needs" to be texting all the time lol she said tablets suck because she can't get games on them. I know less then nothing about tablets ans stuff and my daughter is a straight up gamer. It blows my mind. But ya whst is a good tablet that can handle alot of games and pictures. She like all games, not into violent ones but she's above games of her age level
