Wife Miscarried With Our Second and I Donāt Know How to Help.
We have a beautiful 2yr old daughter, and we were expecting our second but the baby didnāt make it. She was almost 4 months and we were both really invested and in love with him. She is mourning and I donāt know how to help. Do I just let her stay silent and still and depressed? She doesnāt want to talk or eat and I feel like I could be doing something more to help her through this. Iāve put on a pretty good performance, but holy shit it hurts so bad. And I need to be strong for them, but I donāt know what to do. Please any advice would be so appreciated. I hate see her in this kind of pain.

Did anyone elseās palate change after pregnancy/giving birth?
I never really experienced cravings, but I noticed that I began enjoying eggs, pancakes, toast, etc. while I was pregnant, and that enjoyment has lasted post-pregnancy as well. I used to dislike breakfast food, especially eggs, but now I eat eggs and avocado toast almost every day. Itās a stark contrast to the person I used to be. Has anyone else experienced something like this?

āMen have been historically neglected in eating disorder treatment and researchā¦ This led to diagnostic criteria that were female-centric. For example, you couldn't be diagnosed with anorexia unless you'd stopped having menstrual cycles.ā https://t.co/OrVSjaDqyD https://t.co/AbSuxTXD3A

Iām not depressed Iām just fucking exhausted
All the symptoms of PPD can also just be related to sleep deprivation and a normal reaction to it, actually. All I want is to feel somewhat like myself and not like a piece of shit left by the side of the road, without time or energy to actually do anything enjoyable. All I want is to literally sleep one night in peace and go to the gym instead of feeling completely alone and watching everyone else live it up, well rested, bc they didnāt throw their life away with kids.

Work a very well co-parenting situation, son said he didn't want to stay with me tonight
My son's 2 and a half. Yeah as the title goes, me and Mum split last year, we've since both started great new relationships, Mum's engaged and has had another lovely little boy. Me and my partner are expecting too. Today was my day to collect my son, usually he's so excited, but when I got to his Mum's and said time to go he got very upset and very cuddly with Mum. So I said no worries, spend the day with Mum, and Mum and her partner and new baby all come over to ours for dinner tonight and we can try again. We did and he still got upset and wanted to go home with Mum. It's okay, he's feeling clingy, he might even be a little unwell but the looks of his ears and nose, maybe he just really wants his Mum today, but can't shake that upsetting notion of your little boy saying he doesn't want to stay with you tonight. I'm okay, just more of a getting it off my chest and writing it down thing this is I think. Just needed somewhere to write it haha

Ole!
I currently have two naked boys playing matador running around using their underwear as the red cape and screaming "Ole!" over and over. Just thought you might like to know how my Saturday is going.
