Brief, but glorious. Scientists found the existence of a superheavy neutron star—the collapsed core of a dead star—just before it became a black hole. The evidence for the mega neutron star was lurking in the @NASAUniverse archives: https://t.co/e3Qf8wRLfo #AAS241 https://t.co/nNgqZi7tnD

M81 is one of the brightest galaxies in the night sky! Seen in this #HubbleClassic view, M81 resides about 11.6 million light-years away. It's home to a black hole about 15 times the mass of our Milky Way Galaxy’s central black hole! Read more: https://t.co/KOWwo6ozAV https://t.co/nxZZQnQOjd

Artist's rendition of the view of Haumea, a dwarf planet in the Kuiper belt, from one of its moons. Haumea's unique ovular shape is likely due to an ancient impact, which gave the dwarf planet the fastest spin of any solar system object.

Need help finding an astronomy related app
Did anyone else back in the 2010's have that one app on your smart device that allowed you to see the vastness of the universe? You could zoom all the way out and see the entire structure of the Hercules–Corona Borealis Great Wall, then zoom so far in you can observe the quarks that make up the atoms of the sun. I'm trying to find that app again. Idk if you'd categorize it as a "game" however I wanna find it again, for the purpose of nostalgic universe-exploration. Any pointers help :)
