Looking for a few candidate stars for a story
I'm trying to write a story about a generational ship that was supposed to go to Proxima Centauri, but is thrown off course towards a star approximately 500 light years away, but in the general direction of Proxima Centauri. I've tried on my own, but seems I'm having issues finding a star chart to give me what I need. Something that we know has exoplanets would be perfect, though honestly, I can make do with just about any half decent star.
