This #HubbleClassic image shows a light-year-long knot of gas and dust. Its long shape is the result of ultraviolet radiation blasting from bright stars! Image credit: NASA, ESA, the Hubble Heritage Team (STScI/AURA), and IPHAS

When testing rovers in the Mars Yard, how do they adjust for differences in gravity? Pretend you’re explaining to a 12 year old. Thanks!
It seems like energy can be saved or wasted due to the difference in gravity and how it affects climbing, descending, and all other types of tricky maneuvers.

Looking to get back into Astronomy, but my eyesight is much poorer now, and it's mostly cloudy here?
I was wondering what else I could do to get some enjoyment out of the sky. I've considered things like building a small radio telescope and doing stuff with that, but don't know what kind of sized dish I'd need to do anything useful with it. Is there something else I can do? It's mainly my right eye that I can see almost nothing with. I also have nystagmus, which would make surgery on my eyes impossible at the present time. So I'd love some suggestions.

Applying to NASA Internships (non-Pathways)
Hi! Sorry if this is a dumb question, but I was a little confused about NASA's non-Pathways internships for undergrads and high school students. I can't find a deadline or start date for any of the programs listed, but I can enter and submit applications and find full descriptions of the projects. Are these internships all rolling applications, and is that why there is no deadline shown? Or am I just not looking hard enough? Are the applications still open and can I still apply, or is application season mostly over? Also, how can I tell when the internship is and how long they last? They are all marked with the tag "Summer 2023" but I don't see any specific date range or start date. Sorry if I'm being silly. Thank you!
