If any planet (or star) were to replace the moon, What would you choose?
I would have chosen Jupiter, no reason but viewing it. (photo from bored panda)

NASA Selects Participants for One-Year Mars Analog Mission
I’m curious, how many of you spaceporn would go to mars if given the opportunity? The stay would be permanent and you would most definitely die on mars. Still seems like a great way to go, if I’m being honest! How do you feel about this? Source: https://www.nasa.gov/feature/nasa-selects-participants-for-one-year-mars-analog-mission

Martian Milestone for Ingenuity
“This April 16, 2023, enhanced color image of NASA's Ingenuity Mars Helicopter is the clearest view of the rotorcraft since its first flight. Ingenuity completed its 50th flight on April 13, 2023; the helicopter's first flight on Mars was two years ago on April 19, 2021. This picture was taken by the Mastcam-Z instrument aboard the Perseverance rover. At the time the image was taken, the rover was about 75 feet (23 meters) away.” Image Credit: NASA/JPL-Caltech/ASU/MSSS -Congratulations Ingenuity!! NASA engineers never fail to impress!!

I always see Nasa partner with middle schools and high schools to make experiments for them
But is it useful in the slightest? Nasa has at least hundreds of engineers who are all experts in their fields so, how does a bunch of middle schoolers and high schoolers projects going to do for them?

M81 group (My First Pic!!!)
taken with ASI 533MC Pro, William optics gt 77 apo and skywatcher eqm 35 pro 36x 150s exposures This is my first ever galaxy pic with an actual astrophotography camera setup (I'm 16) and I'm super happy with my shot. I didn't take flat frames because I forgot to and maybe that's why I have that bright patch but it could also be because I'm in a bottle 9 zone. Many people(on cloudynights) say that the eqm 35 pro mount is bad but it's amazing, I managed to get below 0.3 rms on PhD2 guiding mostly averaging around 0.22 which i think is great. Any suggestions on what i should and shouldn't be focusing on? I spent a lot of time fiddling around eqmod and PhD2 to find out that most of things i did don't really matter :/ Also what temps should i be imaging at? This was at -18 C not sure if i should push it to -25 C
