Matt on Twitter : SpaceX recently closed on the purchase of Massey's Gun Shop and Range off of RT.4, on the way to StarBase. Sources close to the deal have indicated that this location will be the "Raptor Facility" and possible uses may include repair, rebuild and testing of rocket engines.
