Is gravity the only thing keeping you together? Then you might be a globular cluster.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ NASAHubble captured this globular cluster, a tightly bound group of stars held together by gravity. Clusters like this one, located in the constellation Sagittarius, can contain millions of stars, many of them nearly as old as the universe. The Hubble Space Telescope revolutionized how we study these star clusters, and NASAWebb will use its infrared vision to look deep into their interiors so we can better understand these relics of cosmic history.⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Credits: ESA/Hubble & NASA, R. Cohen⁣⁣ ⁣ Alt text: A cluster of thousands of stars of varying sizes and temperatures glittering in blue, gold, and reddish tones. More stars are concentrated toward the middle where it's brighter.⁣ ⁣⁣ #Stars #Clusters #Space #Universe #KeepingItTogether #OneStarAtATime #NASA
