Practicing for 2~ months, started to get some back soreness

As the title says, I’ve been practicing for about two months 4-5 times a week for 30 minutes to an hour. I mostly do hatha with a few vinyasa practices mixed in to get more of a workout, and I practice at home with videos. I’ve started to notice some soreness in my back after I finish my practice and sometimes into the next day. (Edit: I mostly feel it in my middle (a few inches below the shoulder blades) and lower back. I’m not in pain and it doesn’t limit my movement in any way, but I feel like I’m just very aware/tense. The feeling lessens when I lean forward or curve my back forward (as if I were bending to touch my toes).) I’m wondering if I need to do some more stretching before/after, or if there’s something in my alignment that I could try to improve on? Open to any suggestions!
