What telescope should i get?

I have a telescope but it is old and falling apart. I am looking for a new telescope but i have no idea where i should i start. I love seeing pictures of nebulae and planets and i would love to take my own . What kind of telescope should i get and would you recommend any specific telescope? Thanks in advance!
