Liforme Mat Bag
I recently bought a Liforme Mat and love it. The bag it came with? Not so much. It's plastered with huge Liforme labels and just kinda contradicts the reasons I show up to practice in the first place. It's a shame, because if it weren't a walking advertisement the bag makes sense to transport my mat vs. other options. Any of you had the same frustration? Anyone have good suggestions for mat bags in general, or even better ones that work with the Liforme mats? Thanks 🦒

Is it OK on your body to do yoga every day for an hour?
My local studio has a monthly challenge where you do yoga 6 days a week, with one rest day in between. I’d like to try, but I just want to make sure doing an hour of yoga 6 days a week is fine for my body (mostly I don’t want to overdo it and become injured.) I’d vary the classes—one day flow, one day yin, another day ashtanga, for example. Each class is about an hour long, with the exception of ashtanga. I’ve been at the studio for about 8 months, so I’m not a complete noob. Would it probably be fine to do yoga pretty much every day for a month?

Anyone here do kundalini yoga?
I'm very spiritual and in line with some of my chakras for sure. I see and speak with ghosts and feel auras, but I know that kundalini yoga helps to make that jump I need. Does anyone here do it? If so, do you follow online videos? Or do you go to a class? Any tips on starting? I have done yoga for 5 years and am 19f. Thank you

Warrior 2 / Bent Knee Triangle
This pose is insanely difficult for me. I feel the stretch on my left side, but not the right. My knee constantly wants to cave forward, back foot always trying to slide, loosing my balance. Anyone else struggle with this?? Everyone else in my class new or not seems to be able to do at least some variation easily but for some reason my body does not understand this pose.

Feeling hopeless about my tight/weak body
Hello everyone I’m a 25 year old man and and my body is an absolute mess. My lower back, hips, and hamstrings are unbelievably tight. As such, they are also tremendously weak and cause me a lot of pain. I am especially troubled by a lot of my hip pain and immobility. I’ve tried stretching but it always feels like nothing is helping. It’s a bit depressing at times because I don’t want to end up crippled and broken by the time I’m 50. Has anyone been in a similar position and found a way to change things? I’ve had these body issues for about 4 years now and it seems to only be getting worse. Any advice on what kinds of things I should begin doing to develop? Thank you everyone !

Do you guys remember my dad? Almost half a month ago I shared a picture of my father, everyone was quite excited. Today, he did a more difficult move and I was really shocked because I didn't expect him to have such a talent for yoga :D
