Yoga after running
I’ve got quite into running recently and one thing I’ve found is that i feel like I get quite good at the asanas after a good run. Because I’m already warm I’m more flexible from the outset, and it feels like a good opportunity to do my post run stretching. Any thoughts on this? Any reason I shouldn’t?

My arms and legs are thick and I have wide chest and hips so I can't fold like that. I would like to, since it feels good when I'm at least trying 😅 I can cross my legs but I'm not even close to them touching each other. And forget about the palms of my hands loln't

Incredibly stiff the day after stretching?
I stretched yesterday after a week of not doing it and I feel like im 60 years old haha. Its super stiff and minorly painful for me to walk about, stand up etc. I am very new to yoga by the way, Ive only been doing it for about 2 weeks (with a weeks break in between). ​ Anything that I can do to help myself?

Yoga backpack for biking
Hey everybody, I’m looking for a gym backpack that I can also carry my yoga mat for biking. Most of them hold the mat vertically so the top of the mat hits my helmet when I’m on the bike. I’ve seen some of the ones that hold the yoga mat horizontally either behind the backpack or below it, but I have no experience with it, so wanted to see if anybody had any recommendations. Thank you!

Staying healthy post hot yoga
Hi I need tips for staying healthy after hot yoga. I did hot yoga twice this week for the first time in a while and now I have a sinus infection. I’m not sure if the yoga caused it specifically but I know it probably could’ve played a role since it’s cold where I live and the drastic temp different between outside and inside. I really loved it though and want to continue. TLDR: I got a sinus infection after my first week of hot yoga. What do you guys have in place to keep yourself healthy? Any tips/routines?

All my mats, blocks, and straps are just out in the open in my small apartment. Any creative but stylish storage ideas? What are the best ways you’ve seen mats/ props stored in studios?

One week without Yoga
It’s been 7 days since my last Yoga session and I can already feel my mind being more sressed and have experienced 4 strong migraines. I need to start taking Yoga classes again from tomorrow. This helps me keep my mind and body in a good fulfilling state.

As a beginner, I realize I need to work on here but don't know the best way to start. I can't last 2 minutes on the beginner basic low intensity Alo classes. Was thinking to start by just practicing Boat Pose and build up time. Appreciate thoughts on best approach to start working on the inner abs.

Can anyone help me find a comfortable way to meditate with an injury
I was in an accident and have many small cuts and some bruises on my lower legs and foot. I will be fine. It was from broken glass and others were not as lucky as I was. The problem is I can't sit on the floor without worrying about opening up the cuts. I can sit in a chair very carefully but it's really uncomfortable. I can walk but there's no place to walk around here without crossing streets. Walking never worked very well for my meditation. I tried lying down that doesn't work and was told by a teacher that is not desirable. I never realized how much I miss meditation until I stopped. The whole accident was very traumatic to me and that's when I need it the most now. Help please

Gotta be warmed up for this one, but pressing my knees into my elbows and that twist is seriously outstanding on my lower back and hips. And of course crow pose is always fun. Breath!
