I’m trying to think of a name for my business. I am a yoga teacher in my area that travels around and does private lessons or small groups, sometimes at other people’s homes and sometimes in my own studio. The best I have so far is: Om Delivery. Wdyt? Help!

How to strengthen wrists for yoga?
When I do downward dog or tabletop etc my wrists hurt like hell. Is the only way to strengthen the wrists to keep doing these poses and eventually it would build up strength? Or is there something I can do without having to do the poses? My legs/hamstrings etc are super tight so I was told once it might be because I’m subconsciously shifting weight onto my wrists off of my legs??

Fainting on Breathhold
https://youtu.be/zlDkZKOw0_4 ☝️☝️☝️ I do this guided breathwork session very often. When there is the command to squeeze "your pelvic floor, your abdomen" etc. I usually faint for a second or so. But: the Sensation is very relaxing then and liberates me for some time from these intrusive negative thaughts with which I have to deal at the moment. My question: is it dangerous to faint in a breathwork session? Is there a link between certain pranayamas and the choking game? Or am I doing something wrong with this "squeezing" (= bandhas?)?

Looking for wild thing variations
I deal with carpal impingment from working as a tree planter, juggler, and making macrame. Side plank and wild thing put a lot of uncomfortable pressure on my right wrist. I do forearm plank instead but I'm not sure of a variation for wild thing. Suggestions? Thanks!

Ankle pain in padmasana / lotus pose?
When I get into lotus pose, the bottom of my left ankle experiences some pain. I don’t experience any pain in my right ankle. Attached is an image of my legs in padmasana for reference. Any recommendations for how to fix this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Teacher Advice & Variations
Hi! I am newly certified and have been teaching classes at the park to start out. I teach beginner friendly vinyasa classes on Saturdays and yin on Tuesdays. What do you do if you have women with knee and hip replacements? They don’t seem to be able to get into child’s pose or bend their knees for bound angle? I try to accommodate everyone but it’s very hard. I feel like my classes are too hard. I also have someone who doesn’t seem to listen to my cues and they never have their ankle stacked under their knee. I don’t want to call them out but I’m not sure. Any advice would be amazing!

Non-heated Yoga?
I was wondering if any studios offer sculpt or other challenging yoga that isn’t heated? I love the movements involved in sculpt but all the studios in my area only offer it as a heated class.

What poses stretch the pec minor?
I often suffer from a tight pec minor, probably because of all the time I spend at a desk and wearing a backpack. Im planning on getting back into Yoga and wondering which poses would be best to stretch the pec minor? Im pretty sure it is best stretched when the arms are overhead (unlike a standard chest stretch) I feel like a childs pose does a great job of it, but when I google it, I see nothing about that pose stretching the pec minor?
