Inattentive ADHD workout (recommendation request)
Hello Guys! I am 30F, looking for a workout to fix my posture and boost mobility. Unfortunately, most yoga flows do not work well with my short patience. I need workouts where, precisely, 1. Non-symmetric poses are done for both sides immediately instead of having a long series of exercises for one side only before repeating everything for another side 2. Beginner-friendly Would be also great if the instructor does not say that exercise makes him/her feel good. Thank you for any recommendations :)

Spinal Compression Fracture
Hey yogis, I fell down the stairs and got a spinal compression fracture in my L3 vertebrae. It is extremely mild and ER doctor said it should heal up within 4-6 weeks. Does anyone have any experience with anything like this? Any poses that may help or hurt? Iām scared Iām not going to be able to do yoga again, which is terrifying to even think about. If anyone has books on meditation or yoga they recommend that could keep me in the practice/ mindset, Iād be so grateful. Sorry for the rambling, and sorry if this is the wrong place.
