Hot yoga and Hair damage
Hi yogis, looking for advice for hot yoga and hair damage. I’m noticing after repeated hot yoga classes the last few months, I’m seeing breakage and unintentional layers now in my hair. It was lightened previously but I’m now growing out my natural hair. I’ve tried silk hairbands, applying a little deep conditioner before class, coconut oil and more but no matter what I’m still seeing breakage. Any advice or ideas on what to try??? I love hot yoga & don’t want to give it up but it’s ruining my hair. Thank you!

How long should it take to progress with deeper frog pose?
28m, i have that clicking psoas hip thing and i was able to get rid of it last year through stretching and working out, and i’ve been at it again for about 3 weeks and my frog pose is still very painful, very stiff and have yet to notice any progress in that department, any advice?

Uniqlo activewear?
Hey everyone! I usually wear Lululemon to practice in as I find it's just the best for wicking sweat (I'm v sweaty), and that it's long-lasting and doesn't go see-through. It's expensive though and I'd like to mix in some lower-priced pieces...I was wondering if anyone has experience practicing in any clothes from Uniqlo and whether they could report on the quality? Thank you!

Any stiff people that have developed flexibility for siddhasana, muktasana, half lotus?
I can comfortably sit in muktasana (feet in front of each other) with a cushion, and *nearly* when on the ground– but the leg that's in front is always a bit raised. If I place the foot on my calf, it's definitely far from the ground. I'd also sometime in the future maybe develop flexibility for at least half lotus too. Are there any people here that managed to develop these skills? Tips on asanas to do? Or any other tips? It feels like a lot of people just have this flexibility per default. Thanks!

Do you know a website that offers information on which muscles activate in each asanas? I am looking for a resource that teaches the name of the muscles involved and role (contraction and lengthening) in various asanas.
