Ariel as Business (Renters)
Renters here in a detached ADU in San Fernando Valley. Is it worth the effort to campaign (for landlord permission) for building a hybrid outdoor awning/long-form gazebo/picnic area over some turf, that’s built with some banisters to safely secure several aerial swings… then host aerial yoga classes with a certified instructor? Would we make our money back from construction in a year? Two years? Does local code allow?
