How to progress
Hi all, I have been doing online YouTube videos for some time. I can do many all levels videos because I’m flexible but I am not sure how to progress to advanced videos which include things like headstands, crow, jump throughs etc. I know the obvious answer is to pick the pose and keep practising, but I only have about 20 minutes in the morning to practise which I also consider my meditation and I love to flow. I guess I am curious how I progress without giving up my daily flow? I have a toddler so my time is limited throughout the day. I’m thinking try to fit in 15 minutes if the pose I want to practise later in the day? Has anyone had this similar issue? Does anyone have any recommendations for YouTube teachers that offer pose instructions like how to eventually do a headstand? Thanks so much :)

What to look for in a yoga class in your second language?
I'm moving soon and I hope to join a yoga studio for the first time once I settle in. I'll be in Spain, I'm at about a B2 level with the language so I hope to get some language practice as well as yoga practice. I've been doing yoga on and off for a couple years, but I want to get more serious about it. I'm definitely better at Spanish than I am at yoga, but I want to be pushed two or three times a week to work on both. Other than proximity to home and affordability, what do you look for in a yoga studio or in a teacher? Do you think it's reasonable for me to do this in my second language?

Is there any Center/Academy in London that teaches authentic traditional yoga as an esoteric or mystical path of knowledge, as opposed to the westernised all peace and health version of yoga
Hello, the closest person I can think of is Sadguru and his Isha branch in London, but I think that has closed down. What's the best place in London for what I'm looking for, I'm looking for someone that can instruct me to use yoga to experience higher states of consciousness, I want them to teach me it as a path of knowledge, not a westernised version for peace and health and fitness. Can anyone point me in the right direction. Thank you
