pelvic pain after yoga
How do I relieve this sharp pain in the pelvic area in my back? I don't know if I'm describing it correctly but my upper back is very flexible and it doesn't hurt at all, but when I'm doing some back stretches my pelvic bone hurts so much. It's gotten so bad that even when I flinch my pelvic muscles now, they start paining. How do I make my pelvic area flexible and relieve this tension? Are there any particular tips or poses?

Hi, I'm looking for advice on how to maintain my almost-daily yoga practice while travelling, or basically doing anything which changes my daily routine. I like my routines, so when I'm at home, I am able to generally maintain my almost-daily practice. But whenever I do something out of my daily routine, such as going back to visit my parents, travelling, etc., I neglect my yoga practice - either because I'm too tired, or just feel demotivated to do any kind of working out. Any tips for making sure I maintain my practice?
