Is there a yoga stretch that helps stretch out the hip joint capsule area?

Hi, Due to excessive sitting, I have developed very tight areas around the hip joint capsule to the point where my hips make "clunk" sounds when I lift my legs up and down. I get very tight at the front of my hips and at the very top of my inner groin area. Are there any particular yoga positions that you can recommend for me to try? Thanks for your help!

Always pulling my back or neck , any tips?

I’ve started to pull my back and neck muscles in the last few years, it’s new to me and I think yoga can trigger my back sometimes. I’m still just practicing but I try to breathe through the poses and never exert myself. How can I remain aligned and not throw out my back and neck when I’m working out- what should I be looking for?

Favorite yoga instructor / sequence?

Hey everyone! I'm new to yoga, but the feeling of releasing my body has been incredible. I notice some routines really open me up better than others, so I was wondering if you guys have any favorites. I'm noticeably tight, especially in my hips/legs. Would appreciate any recommendations

Yoga Question About Breath & Brain Connection

For nostril dominance, why does lying on the right side activate our left nostril(Ida) which activates our right hemisphere? And vice versa for Pingala the right nostril. It's counterintuitive because the left part of the body is controlled by the right side of the brain? So you would think moving the left side of my body a lot would activate the right hemisphere of my brain which corresponds to the left nostril. Yoganananda would place a stick under his left arm to activate his right nostril which activates his left hemisphere… I’m asking because I’m curious about how to synchronize both hemispheres of the brain on a more consistent basis. I know alternate nose breathing is one of the ways to do this but I'm trying to think of ways to do it when I'm working on my computer or doing other activities.
