Calisthenics or Yoga
I have read few interesting things about calisthenics that it improves our strength. So i thought of joining calistenics classes. But my father is insisting me to go for yoga classes as it keeps the body and mind in sync. I'm really not sure what to choose. Btw I'm 21.

Yoga with an injured knee
I've been doing yoga for a few years now, more days than not and it has been a fantastic adjunct for my mental and physical health. I've recently suffered a knee injury which I've now found out will need surgery and at the moment I can't flex my knee more than about 70 degrees. Does anyone know of any yoga routines/videos or otherwise have ideas for things I can do or would it be best just to figure out a bunch of poses I can still manage and put them together into a routine? Really grateful in advance for any suggestions, I really miss my yoga time and am quite gutted it's going to be a long time before I can do some of my favourite poses.
