is three legged dog really beginner pose?
I am complete beginner and I try to find beginner yoga from YouTube. It seems three legged dog is beginner pose but for me it feels impossible. I don't have strength or mobility to do it. I always end up ending yoga crying because I feel so bad about myself. I would like to get better but I don't know where to find online yoga that is easy enough. I know I'm in bad shape but it doesn't help that even beginner classes are too hard for me I don't know where to start.

Been stiff as a board my entire life can’t seem to fix it.
I am only 19 years old yet I have always been as stiff as an old man. I can’t touch my toes, can’t do the majority of yoga poses, etc. Its embarrassing at this point and I can’t fix it no matter how many stretches and exercises I do. I’m worried something is wrong with me. What do you guys think? How can I fix extreme stiffness?

Newbie but addicted!
I only began doing yoga 4 weeks ago. I do 10-30 minutes a day, depending on how I feel or what other workouts I have planned. I think about it all the time and I love how amazing it makes me feel! I am not very good, I’m in my 40s and slightly overweight. However my mental state seems to be improving with regular practice and I feel so much better when I incorporate yoga into my day. Is this normal? How else can I learn more about practicing yoga and bringing it off the mat?
