Muffled hearing in right ear after inversions

I just started doing headstands in yoga class and have been practicing at home. I’m getting more comfortable stacking my hips over my shoulders, but after each practice, I have muffled hearing in my left ear. Last week, it didn’t go away for hours. I might’ve woken up the next day with it. Today, my class ended at noon…it’s 4pm and still muffled hearing. Like getting off an airplane. Is there anything I can do to stop this from happening, or to stop it after it’s begun? Thank you!

how much time on the mat??

I've been doing yoga at home for awhile now.. when I started I just kinda made up my own little flow. Now I follow along with (yoga with adriene) But when the vid ends , I'm just not ready to stop. I want to feel like I've found closer after. So how much time on the mat is normal? Or is it just whatever you feel? Any tips would be appreciated!

Why does an elbow stand/ pincha take a lot of time and practice to properly do well and find core balance? Is there a technique and trick to progress faster?

Yoga for athletes?

Hello there! I am a yoga teacher studying sports sciences in Germany and I am looking to work with athletes in the yogacontext in the future. Therefore, I have a question: Do you guys know a studio/yoga teacher who works with athletes and who I can reach out to for a few questions? I don't care where on the world said person is located, as long as they speak English (or German of course) I am glad for every tip and information you have for me and I appreciate you reading this! Have a wonderful day :)

Allow yourself to release the need to accomplish more of your to-do list & simply live in the changing light of your sacred awareness? Carve out the time to give yourself the gift of true presence & rest soon. Allow yourself to become empty for a moment for the capacity to refill https://t.co/cZmOurH0nh

Not flexible at all

Fairly active with weightlifting, running and swimming. I’m experiencing really tight muscles especially in my left hand side groin, it’s very very tight and sore. But all my muscles are very tight as I don’t stretch much at all Lower back is sore as well, did a 3km swim today and I really feel it there at the moment. Any reccomendations on what I can get into to release my muscles and get a lot more flexible? I’ve heard of down dog app, is it worth a try?

Those days when you seem to have no time for yoga are actually when you need it most. These poses will bring you back to yourself—and in less time than it takes to check your IG. https://t.co/eoKPJd6GeK
