Tense shoulders/ upper back
I’ve been practicing yoga regularly at home for about a year and at a studio for 6 months. I can’t seem to relax my shoulders/ upper back and it prevents me from really relaxing during shavasana. It’s really annoying I want to hit them they feel like they are frozen in a tense state. Any idea how to fix this? I am a student and haven’t afford massage. Merci

Does 5 minutes of yoga count?
I like doing yoga as a way to relax and ease my muscles. Lately though, I've been too tired to do my regular 15-20 minutes before bed and I've been doing like 5 minutes of chair yoga in bed before work because I was just falling asleep before getting to do my yoga. I know it seems silly, but I'm worried it's not as effective as what I had been doing, which was yin. I know based off the way my muscles feel, it's not as effective for my muscles, but I still feel relaxed and a lot happier. I also use yoga as a form of mindfulness and when practicing separately, I would only really do 5 minutes of mindfulness so I think I'm all set there. Also, any recommendations are welcome! I would do yoga at work but I don't find it relaxing as I'm always interrupted. I also walk to work and try to incorporate some mindfulness there. It's been tough to balance my hiking, weight lifting, and yoga while working

How to detox lungs living in highly polluted city like delhi?
I am living in Delhi for more than 15 years, air quality is deteorating everyday, though current government had taken many steps in this direction but this is becoming worse every year, I m a biology student & understand the grim consequences of inhaling pollutants subsequently . due to my studies I can't afford to stay @ home for a long time, many times I had observed itchiness in my eyes, recently mucus & phlegm production in chest & nasal cavity increased without any symptom of cold or allergies , I had also used N95 mask 😷, but felt restless & fatigue having short breaths, I am worried 😥 about my alveolar & overall respiratory health , I use to do "wim Hoff breathing" in morning & evening , but now due to rise in pollution levels , I don't go out for exercises, I wanted to know how should I detox my lungs time to time, so that it doesn't hamper my aerobicity.
