yoga duration?

hiya 👋🏻 I've been doing yoga for a while now & last year when i had a bit more money, i got involved in the yoga club at my university which offered 90 min yoga classes almost every day. This year I haven't been able to afford to do that and I'm really keen to keep up my practice but I find it really hard to find 90 min long videos on YouTube or on apps & I'm also kind of at a loss in terms of how much yoga I should be practising in a day? I know this is subjective & some people might practice for longer/shorter etc but I just wondered if anyone had any general advice on where I might look for full-length videos/practices, or how long they personally practice for?

Adapting exercises to dorsal pain

I have dorsal pain on the left side of my column and I would like to know which exercises I could do feel better and which exercises should I avoid. Also, which modifications could I do if necessary. I found cat/cow and it's variations are good and some twists but I couldn't find more. Thank you in advance.

Is there any advanced abdomen movement past nauli kriya ?

Hi everyone I've been practicing nauli kriya everyday for a while and constantly getting it faster. I was wondering - those who master it, what are you working towards now ? Is there any advanced movement you are trying to learn ? Thank you !

Obscure but extremely powerful pranayama

Figured I'd share this book since it's quite obscure and has been incredibly beneficial to my practice: [(PDF) YOGIC SUKSMA VYAYAMA: (The complete Sequence of 48 yogic exercises | Anna Shanti - Academia.edu](https://www.academia.edu/38954877/YOGIC_SUKSMA_VYAYAMA_The_complete_Sequence_of_48_yogic_exercises) It has a great pranayama routine followed by a short routine to simultaneously benefit mobility, the nervous system, tendons, muscles, nervous and lympathic system for the entire body. Exercise caution, some of the breath exercises are very potent.

Third trimester yoga

Hello, as the title says I'm in my third trimester of pregnancy, and am looking to start doing yoga. I have hardwood floors at home and no yoga mat. I haven't done yoga in years and I've been very inactive as the pregnancy has made me extremely sick up until a recent IV iron infusion restored my energy and my body's functionality. I would like to get into yoga before labor to help with my mobility, grounding, an, admittedly, get that 'yoga butt' I hear so much about. Does anyone have safe suggestions on where to start?
