Leslie with Fightmaster Yoga. I had one of her challenges saved. I did first part only to read comments that she has passed away. I can’t find the cause of death anywhere. She was so young and vibrant. I’m genuinely sad. I had no idea. Does anyone know or is it being kept out of the public eye.

Restorative yoga do’s and don’t list.
Hi there. I may be teaching my first restorative class Monday. I’m very excited! I’ve gone to many classes and also really enjoyed SPA yoga as well. What are some things you love about the restorative classes you’ve attended and some things that you did not love? I went to a class this weekend and you out a reality candle front of your mat if you want hands on assists and I thought that was a nice idea! I took an 8 week meditation course recently as well so I am prepared to do some guided meditation end of class. Thoughts?

"Daystructure" Question
Dear community, i have been practicing yoga regularily for the past 2 years now, also doing pranayama sessions beginner level and beginner level meditations. For i want to intensify my asana practice and improve my flexebility and strength i considered learning the Yoga Vidya Row which i think is a variation of Rikishek Row? As far as i know, it includes some meditations and breathwork too. So my questions are: Is anyone of you doing this row regularily? How do you combine this routine with additional Pranayama and Meditations? I dont wanna get overwhelmed by a too heavy schedule.. Thank you =)

How long does it take to acclimate to hot yoga?
I did my first real hot yoga class at a studio last night and I feel like I’ve been hit by a car today. Some points: - I regularly workout & run - I sauna a lot - I hydrate a lot and made sure to after the yoga along with some food I’m amazed at how hard that class was and am wondering how long it takes to get used to the heat/intensity? Also, what is a good frequency per week for a beginner?

What is the best type of yoga for someone who intellectualizes too much?
I am too obsessed with dissecting everything and everyone. I'm a slave to my intellect instead of its master.

How Far is the Modern Science in Fully Understanding and implementing Yoga and Meditation as Treatment Options for various Physical and Mental Illnesses?
Is modern science missing something about the human system that some people in ancient times knew intuitively? Are they avoiding thoroughly studying certain techniques that were wellknown in those times and used effectively to treat certain illness and create mental balance for people?
