Studio Dress Code
I want to wear bright pink Lululemon yoga pants to a class, buuuut I’m a guy. Will my car get keyed and my studio pass get revoked if I do that? I’m just a normal, frumpy dude, who’s got too comfortable doing yoga at home but want to get back into a studio.

Yoga pants that aren’t leggings?
Hey, I’m looking for yoga pant alternatives because I find leggings extremely uncomfortable. I don’t like how skin tight clothes feel on the skin. I have tried a few pairs of flared yoga pants, but they’ve been uncomfortable as well because the material hugs the thighs. Do you have any suggestions/experiences of more loose pants that fit well for yoga?

Why can’t I touch my toes??
I like to think I’m a pretty flexible person. I haven’t been doing yoga for very long, but I find I can already do many of the basic poses such as downward dog, bow pose, happy baby, tree pose—all that jazz. I feel like touching your toes comes fairly easy to most of the people I do stretches with, yet I can’t seem to quite reach my tootsies wether I’m sitting or standing. Is it possible that a persons anatomy wouldn’t allow for this? What specifically should I work on in order to be able to do this? I can *almost* reach, but certainly not comfortably like I see many of my friends being able to do.

Reading/Book Recommendations?
I'd like to learn more about the history and philosophy of yoga. I already have a few books that focus on positions. Does anyone have any recommendations?

Advice on starting a community yoga class
So I moved last year to very rural Scotland and have been doing yoga for the last couple of years. A lady used to do classes in the local town hall pre-covid but has since stopped (she's in her 70s). It's cold and dark and I want to do something with the local community so I'm wondering about leading a class once a week - this would be for literally 5 people. My worry is that I don't have any experience leading a class except teaching my friends over zoom in lockdown. Is this something I could do without teacher training? If anyone has any advice, resources or information that would be really helpful. I'm not intending on pretending I'm any good, just want to get more involved in the community during the dark nights.

432hz Frequency to Promote Healing and Out of Body Experiences
Frequencies have properties that can assist with things like restfulness, stress, relaxation, meditation, anxiety, yoga, insomnia and more as they oscillate back and forth, resonating with our ear drums and become energy transmitted to our brain as we perceive the pitch. I've been experimenting with them during my meditations and I don't regret it at all. Ove had great results and it's given me an ambition to create my own frequency tuned music to do my meditation and yoga to. I'd really appreciate some constructive criticism or opinions about my work! https://youtu.be/VNB2dDUj5ZE I hope this helped someone ❤️ Much love
