Residing at the Bannerghatta Bear Rescue Centre, Mithali has a soft corner for food-based enrichments. She has an affinity for climbing trees as well as hammocks to reach the hanging enrichment. Our bear care staff coats tree trunks and her enrichment items with a layer of peanut butter, which Mithali spends hours licking off! Once Mithali is done with the peanut butter, she proceeds to relish honey and dates. Aimed at strengthening the skills of animals, Wildlife SOS provides all residents with structural, social, cognitive, auditory, food-based, and olfactory enrichments.
