Extremely small construction business. Two people, 3 machines. Next to no money right now. What are our best options for advertisement of any form?

Exactly as the title says. Looking into where I can legally post fliers and what not and am also looking into making a website, possibly. We do have good business cards which come in handy great, so that's a small start, haha. Basically ,we are at ground zero and can barely pay the bills. We have the working equipment and insurance to do the work, we just need to GET the work. When on jobs we network the hell out of ourselves and that's how we've been making new jobs so far, but we don't really know where to go from here. Thanks for any and all advice!

How did you build your website?

Hey guys. After getting our first investment, we are focusing on generating sales and leads for the product. We don't have a website yet and we think now is a good time. What is the best way to build a promotional website today? Is it a good idea to pass this task to the developers? Is Webflow something I should use? Is it wise to hire freelancers/agency? Please share your experience.

What mistakes did you make in 2022 that you won't repeat in 2023?

I'll start it off, trying to go for cheaper alternatives always, came to bite me in the ass when it came to a couple things but I tried to justify it as saving costs. So tell me about what mistakes you made last year or before and won't make this year?

S-corp Registered in NY but working in CA

I have an S-Corp registered in NY but I am starting a job in CA, hoping to be paid through my corp rather than individually. Would I have to re-register my business in CA to work there? Is it worth it for a project lasting 20 weeks? I am working in the entertainment/media industry, so I'm basically a contractor using my s-corp as a loan out company.

The figures from the UNCTAD show that the vast majority of global shipping is carried out under flags of convenience - i.e. by ships registered in a country other than the country of actual ownership - in order to avoid a number of standards, regulations, controls and taxes.
