What is the minimum level of success you would be happy with from your investments?
In other words, what is your initial benchmark you're aiming for where, once you pass it, you would feel you have achieved something and/or content? We have such a vast mix of people here from different countries, backgrounds, professions, levels of experience etc. It would be really interesting to hear what views people have on this. For me I just want to reach the point where the majority of what I have in play is house money and I've made some profit along the way. I've seen some people want to get a deposit for a house yet others want to buy a house outright. Some want a steady monthly income from their holdings. Some want to support their families. Others want a chance to get out of the situation / country they're in. Some want lambo and new wife. It's such a mixed bag. What's yours?

Do you really feel people can go exchangeless?
Most of the people in the sub go "take your crypto off exchanges", "buy & hold on cold storage", "use DEXES" & other stuff regarding descentralization and the importance of having their own funds. Now, think about it for a second. My grandmother doesn't even know how to use a phone, my mother gets me hardly frustrated when she doesn't know how to perform really basic stuff (settings on something, downloading, changing a folder etc) even after having a phone for many years now. So I believe we DO NEED EXCHANGES but as a method to facilitate crypto to people who are not so familiar with technology in general. And I think that is key for mass adoption.

Be honest.. how many of you bought a shitcoin before?
Posting about Doge, Shib, Bonk, etc will get you thrown into the abyss of this sub- and with good reason, but have any of you actually bought any of these before? Why? I’ve bought a couple shitcoins on my journey. I got lucky on a few and lost it all on others. Doubled my money with Doge. During the September run of last year, I made 2k on Shib in almost a day. Luckily I sold. I also bought a couple of others that didn’t work out so well. During Safemoons big run up in May 2021, I bought $100 worth. I have $3 left. Same with another coin called Bonfire in which I am down 98%.
