No conversions in months, HELP

Hey all! my gf and I are making polymer earrings, we just started off selling only Etsy for the time being (just to start) and since we’ve opened on November 1st 2022, we’ve had 435 total visits, with 0 conversions. We invested in Etsy for Ads for a couple months and still nothing. I don’t think trust is the issue, since it’s on Etsy, so is it the product presentation? Or maybe it’s too expensive? We’ve had many promotions so I’m thinking it’s not the sales? The competitors are around the same cost so idk what it could be, the site is attached below. Issues with Gusto Payroll (new client)

After a reasonable review, I selected Gusto payroll so I could finally rid myself of Intuit pain and suffering. I pay a single employee and had cut one paycheck in QBD this year, but this complexity has completely upended Gusto’s onboarding process. I’ve spent 2 hours on the phone and been told it might take 3 days to resolve the issue. That makes me pretty uncomfortable about the product itself and support looking forward. What have your experiences been like? Thanks for your thoughts.

Any advice for paying from a distance without Zelle or cash apps? Payment link?

I'm likely overthinking this, but I did some IT work for a law firm and they haven't been able to pay me the full amount. They have a weekly Zelle limit of $500. With it being the first of the month, I'd like to get the money ASAP. They've been trying to pay me for the last few days, but the owner is too old to figure out anything other than Zelle. Right now, our best bet is for me to send a payment link. Where I'd send some sort of link and invoice, and he'd pay. I researched, and that is possible through Quickbooks. Does anyone have any sort of alternatives? Like is this something I could do through Chase or another app?

Sole Prop to LLC - Loans

I tried googling but I couldn't figure out how to search this question.... On a very basic explanation... If I've been operating as a sole proprietor with a registered DBA for the last 2 years, and I form an LLC for my business with the same name and everything 1 month ago..., in the eyes of lenders (like mortgage or business loans etc.) do they look at it as the business has been operating for 2 years, or only that its been 1 month? (For this purpose any and all financing would be for business related items (company car, property investment, etc.)

How to start a pop-up bakery store?

I’m looking to open a second location for my current bakery and have been given very helpful advice on this subreddit to consider opening a pop-up store to test demand before committing to a full lease. The location that I have picked is a very busy and popular university district which has lots of international students, which is perfect for my Asian-style bakery and pastries. I’ve decided to go ahead with this idea and looking for some general advice on how to start a pop-up 1) Do I try to get a short-term lease to test the idea? If so, am I choosing the space that is my first choice, or am I just taking any space that is willing to take me even if it’s not in the exact location that I want? 2) Do I commit to the branding + social media before opening the pop-up? 3) How long should I keep the store open for? Would appreciate any further advice from people who have experience with opening a pop-up!

Help me find Better CRM, webchat, invoicing, accounting software

I'm looking for some better software to help me manage my business. I am using WaveApps, Hubspot, Square and Novo. The feautres I'm lacking for invoicing: Digital payments like venmo, Apple Pay, and affirm or BNPL. I'd like to be able to put a link on the invoice to my google reviews, and then let them put in a code on the invoice to be able to get a discount. I need a single inbox for facebook messages, emails, sms, and webchat. I found one service that does that but it's hundreds a month. My budget for software is about 25 a month if it has all the features I need. I like square's payments but you can't customize the invoice layout as much as you can with waveapps, and they don't do accounting. I'd like one service for everything financial, invoicing, baning, accounting, and payments. Right Now I need 3. for the features I use.

Canada Post delivery rates

Hi all, I'm a small business located in Toronto, ON. All my sales so far were for delivery in Toronto, so I was delivering it myself. Yesterday I had my first purchase from Kingston, ON. The shipping costed me $18.80. In the end I didn't make any money, quite the opposite, I lost money on the sale. How are you shipping your orders to avoid the ridiculous Canada Post fees ? Thank you!

How Can I Make a Sales Pitch Through Email?

As you might infer from the title of this post, I am trying to figure out a good way to reach out to potential business partners through email. Since I have no way of contacting them in person, I figured that email might be my best shot. Are there any good templates to follow? Should I make my own? This is a marketing strategy that is very new to me so I want to become more familiar with it. My business is very small with barely 300 followers on Instagram, so if somebody were to read my email and go to my IG page, I wouldn't want them to think I'm some kind of scammer. So, how could I pitch them without having some kind of background of my business?

Software for a Brick & Mortar Marketpalce?

Does anyone own, or operate a B&M marketplace**? If so, what software do you use to power it? I currently operate a 6 location business, with about 300 vendors in our stores. Vendors manage their own inventory and track their own sales, but our current solution is not cutting it. We currently use a hybrid of Shopify POS + our in-house software for vendor management and inventory management. Trying to keep things synced and accurate with Shopify has been a pain and looking to just move to an all in one solution. Needs: - POS capability (integration with Stripe terminal a plus) - Vendor management - Vendor login to track sales and manage inventory - Admin view for reports/analytics Bonus: - Automated payouts through Stripe It seems like almost every Marketplace solution is just for digital! Help me find a great solution and I will Paypal you $100!!

First starting off

Hi reddit, I am a 19F and am very ambitious about starting my own business. I recently got a cricut cutter to start creating my own look of beanies/t-shirts/paraphernalia and wanted to know if anyone had any advice for someone just starting off. I do live in Wisconsin and cant exactly figure out if/when I need to be certified. I'm not exactly how to classify my company, and with all of these questions, I turned to reddit! I had been thinking about this for a while prior, and was really on the fence because I was afraid of failure, but I said screw it and did it. I'm definitely learning as I go. So far I have created a logo, looked into buying wholesale products and also an LLC. I have been reading mixed reviews about getting an LLC right as you start off, thoughts? any overall advice about small businesses'?

Reviews for Clearly Payments

Has anyone used [Clearly Payments](https://www.clearlypayments.com/pricing/membership/) as there payment processor? I’m hoping to find a low cost per transacting processor and they seem almost too good to be true. They appear to be cheaper than most payment processors with the low transaction cost of $0.08 (this is required for my business).
